A Message from Our Founder

Inspired by the legacy of my parents and driven by humaniterianism, JPM Foundation International was founded on a simple belief: everyone deserves the foundation to thrive. This report captures our shared journey from February to October 2025, as we worked hand-in-hand with communities in Bukedi and Teso sub-regions in  Eastern Uganda to build futures filled with hope, health, and self-reliance. These numbers represent more than disbursements; they represent students realizing their potential, families healing, and households building a path out of poverty.

During this period, we directly invested in over 100 lives across our core focus areas, disbursing a total of UGX 78,750,000.

1. JPMScholarship: Investing in Future Leaders

Through JPMScholarship, we ensure students from disadvantaged backgrounds can access quality education at every level. In 2025, we stood beside 41 young minds, at all levels of education.

  • Nursery & Primary (11 Students): We provided a strong start, covering tuition, supplies, and essential holiday support for children at schools like TRAIN UP and C.O.U Primary, ensuring their learning journey remains unbroken.

    • Investment: UGX 15,900,000

  • Secondary to University (7 Students): We supported ambitious scholars at institutions like CANAAN, YMCA, and IUIU, investing in the skills and knowledge that will transform their families and communities.

    • Investment: UGX 26,068,000

>> The Result: Sustained school attendance, completed academic terms, and the powerful outcome of educational continuity for every single student in our program.

2. JPMedicare: Restoring Health, Sustaining Families

Through JPMedicare, we believe access to healthcare is a fundamental right. We facilitated critical treatments, diagnostics, and operations for 65 patients, ensuring that poverty was not a barrier to life-saving care.

  • Critical Interventions: Our support enabled X-rays, brain scans, contrast studies, and essential operations.

  • Community-Based Care: We strengthened our referral partnerships with local health centers to providing timely and effective treatment.

>> The Result: Improved health outcomes and the peace of mind that comes from knowing families can access the care they need, when they need it most.

3. JPMpowerment: Building Foundations for Self-Reliance

True empowerment means providing the tools for families to build their own futures. Our JPMpowerment initiative provided construction support to 11 households, giving them not just shelter, but a tangible asset for economic resilience.

  • Direct Support: Each of the 11 families, including those of Logose, Akwii, and Opolot, received UGX 3,000,000 for construction.

  • Total Investment: UGX 33,000,000

>> The Result: Improved shelter and security, and a foundational asset that families can use to stabilize and grow their livelihoods.

Looking Forward: Our Path in 2026

Our work is far from complete. Guided by the needs of the communities we serve, our strategic priorities for the coming year are to:

  • Deepen our investment in maternal and child health through JPMedicare.

  • Expand the reach of JPMScholarship to more youth in vocational and tertiary institutions.

  • Scale JPMpowerment initiatives, with a focus on skills training and women-led enterprises.

  • Forge stronger partnerships with local government and NGOs to amplify our collective impact.

From Helpless Pain to Hope Restored: How Your Support Helped Microsi Walk Again. Microsi is a  76 years old male of Kamuge Village, Pallisa District, in Easter Uganda. He sustained a tragic fall, in early July 2025, that shattered his femur bone and threatened to rob him of his mobility  and  dignity. Doctors confirmed he needed urgent surgery—Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF)—costing $3,000. For Microsi’s family, who survive on subsistence means, that figure was unimaginably out of reach. Every day without surgery meant unbearable pain and the risk of lifelong disability. That’s when JPM Foundation International stepped in. We immediately mobilized resources, arranged emergency transportation to Mt. Elgon Hospital in Mbale City (55 KM away), and ensured every cost—from surgery to patient care—was fully covered. The operation was successful. From Hidden Suffering to a Second Chance: How Your Support is Saving Irene from Kidney Failure Irene is a 9-year-old girl from Kamuge Village in Eastern Uganda. In December 2024, her life took a sudden turn when she fell ill and began passing blood in her urine. Her helpless family, with no access to proper healthcare, resorted to herbal remedies. But by January 2025, Irene’s condition had worsened dramatically. Her small body began to swell, her eyes and face puffed up, and her energy faded away—signs that her kidneys were failing. From their remote, hidden village, Irene was battling silently, without hope. Thanks to JPM Foundation’s community outreach in February 2025, Irene’s case was discovered and she was urgently lifted to Pallisa General Hospital.
